Professor Randy Barnett, from Georgetown University Law Center, will speak on the topic of “The Role of Judges in a Constitutional Republic,” followed by a discussion with Hon. Joseph Laplante. Judge Laplante, of the US District Court for the District of NH, will share his perspective as a federal judge.
