The Institute for Health Policy and Practice, at the University of New Hampshire with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services presents the Peer Workforce ECHO. The aim of this ECHO series is to cross-train the substance use and mental health peer support workforce across the state of New Hampshire. This ECHO series began its first cohort in February 2024 and will finish two cohorts by August 2024.

Presenter Bio: Ebony Martin CPSS, CRSW (she/her/hers) is a Community Engagement Coordinator at NAMI New Hampshire (National Alliance on Mental Illness) where much of her time is spent supporting the State’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) project. Her lived experience shaped her professional path and she often shares her story to show that the system can work. Ebony is also a family member of someone who lived with schizophrenia. She has a unique perspective of each side. She has 10 years of recovery and spent 5 years of that time working at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester (MHCGM) as a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) and Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW).
