Presenter Bio: Rajae Raji, APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Lamprey Health Care in Nashua. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from Rivier University and is a member of Lamprey's second Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Class in the Fall of 2018. Her areas of interest include health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic care conditions. She has experience working with diverse populations and engaging interpreters frequently in her practice. She also speaks French, Arabic and English.
