Students and recent alums attending virtual career events this fall, during a 1:1 meeting with an employer/recruiter, you may want to quickly share your resume for the recruiter to take a look at. Though currently you are not able to share your screen with the recruiting in Handshake (this feature is coming soon this fall), the recruiter will be able to share their screen, so you will want to have a link to your resume ready to share in the chat feature of the meeting.
Watch this quick tutorial on how to create a shareable link using Microsoft Word or Google Docs. This will allow you to easily share your resume, hopefully avoid any firewalls on the employer side, and you'll be able to discuss your resume together during the meeting.
