Tucker, the First Deputy Commissioner of the NYPD. Jerika L. Richardson, Senior Vice President for Equitable Justice & Strategic Initiatives at the National Urban League facilitates the discussion along with Shantel Palacio, a doctoral student in UNH's Education Department.
