Based on solid foundational and advanced courses in
chemistry and the biological sciences, this degree program prepares students
for a fulfilling career in the biomedical sciences, including as a certified
medical laboratory scientist. Students have the opportunity to specialize in
clinical chemistry, hematology, clinical microbiology or immunohematology and
graduate prepared for further study in medicine or for entry to graduate
programs.
