Medical Laboratory Science program director Adele Marone facilitates a virtual question and answer session about the program, focusing on career options and unique courses. Several current students provide perspective on favorite courses, advising and the honors program.

Based on solid foundational and advanced courses in chemistry and the biological sciences, this degree program prepares students for a fulfilling career in the biomedical sciences, including as a certified medical laboratory scientist. Students have the opportunity to specialize in clinical chemistry, hematology, clinical microbiology or immunohematology and graduate prepared for further study in medicine or for entry to graduate programs.
