Remember that feeling…the wind in your hair, the smells of fresh-cut grass and hot pavement, and the sun on your cheeks as you pedal your bicycle down the road- Freedom! Celebrate that freedom by learning about how you can engage, or re-engage, in the activity of biking. Follow the residents at Langdon Place as they jump on all manner of adaptive cycles and show you how it’s done! Join Northeast Passage and certified recreation therapist (CTRS/L), Amanda Bouchard, and her students as they discuss how to select, operate, and enjoy adaptive cycling. BTW, some of these bicyclists are over 100 years old; see, it’s never too soon to age well!
