Every January do you brainstorm the ways you want to better yourself in the coming year? Maybe it is exercising daily, meditating, focusing on mental health or eating more vegetables. Studies show only 8% of people accomplish New Year’s resolutions. The past two years have been ones for the history books, as we experienced a global pandemic, online learning, remote work, and an election. Now is the time to focus on yourself and learn how to jumpstart goals in the new year.
